Launch event 28th March @ Idea Farm
Join us at Idea Farm (click for details) for a special evening of Mushrooms and Music.
The evening begins in the restaurant with a special menu created by acclaimed chef/market gardener Paul Cook of Cooks Organics built around locally grown mushrooms from Svampfarmen south.
This is a proud moment for us, and has taken lots of hard work to get the farm up and running for this special one off tasting menu.
It is the first time that the new container farm based in Skåne has been operational, and it marks the start of our Southern Mushroom journey.
With a talk from our very own Mushroom expert Martin, please come along to celebrate all things mushroom, and music.
