Join us at Idea Farm for the grand opening of Svampfarmen Syd and enjoy a decadent three-course dinner where each dish celebrates the depth, texture, and intensity of truly fresh, locally grown mushrooms. They are the very first ones grown in our container farm.
During the evening, founder and executive Martin Benson, PhD, delivers a mushroom talk – part science, part philosophy, part fungal nerdiness – exploring the intelligence of mycelium and the future of food.
A live harp performance by Andy Aquarius closes the night in a state somewhere between earth and dream.
